At Genco Import & Export, we integrate environmental, social, and governance aspects into our daily operations to create value for society and improve our processes. In 2022, we committed to becoming a reference in our sector for ESG practices.<\/p>

To achieve this, we started by implementing our emissions calculator, allowing our clients to offset the emissions of polluting gases from the logistics process. De maneira simplificada, agora voc\u00ea pode ver a quantidade de gases poluentes emitidos durante o processo log\u00edstico diretamente no or\u00e7amento final do seu pedido. Isso se tornou poss\u00edvel porque a Genco, em parceria com a ESALQ J\u00fanior Florestal, desenvolveu uma calculadora usando a metodologia do GHG Protocol. Essa calculadora considera as fontes de emiss\u00f5es hidrovi\u00e1rias e terrestres do Escopo 3, ou seja, abrangendo ve\u00edculos que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o de posse da empresa.<\/p>
